Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Schedules: Oversee and maintain the staffing schedules for all weekend shifts, ensuring 100% coverage for client sites.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews for weekend applicants to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during weekend operations, addressing staffing needs and reporting daily metrics.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the orientation and training process for temporary weekend staff to ensure compliance and safety.
- Payroll & Reporting: Accurately record hours worked and submit timesheets to the payroll department within the required timeframe.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly troubleshoot staffing shortages or emergencies to minimize downtime for clients.
- Database Management: Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases with current availability and status.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a weekly basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Software Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software or MS Office Suite.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
- Local Preference: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Nashville, TN area.
