Responsibilities
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings of applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate availability and status.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the orientation process for temporary and contract placements.
- Research: Assist in market research to identify new staffing opportunities and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or recruiting coordination is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-25 hours per week.
