Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of candidate onboarding, including data entry, document verification, and orientation scheduling.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with both clients and candidates to update them on application status and interview feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and job orders to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Assist in the screening process by conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for immediate placement needs.
- Prepare offer letters and contracts, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a staffing, recruiting, or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for local travel to client sites.
