What You’ll Do:
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across various industries.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate skills to ensure the best fit.
- Building relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Managing the onboarding process for weekend staff.
- Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit talent for weekend shifts including retail, hospitality, and logistics.
- Perform pre-employment screenings and background checks to ensure quality hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fill urgent weekend vacancies quickly.
- Manage candidate data and pipeline flow in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to build long-term partnerships.
- Process payroll and time tracking for temporary weekend staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
