Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct high-volume candidate interviews during weekend shifts
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across key industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for weekend and temporary assignments
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates

Qualifications
