Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent for open roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Managing candidate relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to placement and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales or placement targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
