- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions across Minneapolis metro area
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS system with weekend-specific urgency
- Coordinate staffing solutions for retail, hospitality, and event industries
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend employees on Saturdays
- Maintain client relationships through weekend check-ins and satisfaction surveys
- Process payroll documentation for weekend staff weekly
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruiting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with weekend availability
- Valid Minnesota staffing license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently during peak weekend hours
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing needs
- Proficiency in MS Office and video interviewing platforms
