Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule weekend staffing assignments for clients.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person screenings for weekend shift candidates.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain up-to-date applicant records.
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify urgent weekend hiring needs.
- Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are met during the weekend shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
