Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local San Antonio businesses to understand their staffing needs and service expectations.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for diverse temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent positions.
- Placement & Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the agency and the client while managing payroll documentation.
- Payroll Administration: Accurately track hours worked and manage the daily pay process to ensure timely and transparent compensation for our team.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on local labor trends and salary benchmarks in the competitive San Antonio market.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records and manage scheduling for interviews and placements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but we value attitude and drive over tenure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the San Antonio, TX area and its diverse industries is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets in a commission-based structure.
- Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly desired.
