As a Weekend Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that we connect top-tier talent with our premier clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person screenings of potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have all necessary paperwork and orientations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in the Colorado Springs area to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted career advisor.
- Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives and job fairs on weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local client visits.
