Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess skills, personality, and cultural fit for various temporary and permanent roles.
- Applicant Tracking: Manage and update candidate profiles in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on candidate availability and market trends.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking strategies to proactively find passive talent in the Detroit area.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the logistics for new hires, including background checks and orientation scheduling.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in Detroit to advise clients on salary benchmarks and hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency with HR software, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must reside within or be willing to commute to the Detroit metropolitan area.
