Responsibilities
- Review and screen resumes to identify top talent for open positions within our diverse client portfolio.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding job requirements and candidate availability.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary employees and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the LA staffing landscape.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, administrative support, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
