Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend assignments across San Jose's tech, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation compliance for weekend shifts
- Coordinate with client companies to ensure seamless staffing coverage during weekends
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing schedules using ATS systems
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to temporary staff
- Resolve staffing issues and escalate concerns to senior management promptly
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize weekend placement efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift management
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate screening and placement
- Strong knowledge of San Jose's labor market and weekend workforce trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during non-business hours with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
