Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview scheduling process for clients and candidates on weekends.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Place temporary and permanent staff across various industries including logistics, light industrial, and office administration.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding staffing needs and candidate feedback.
- Update candidate records and job orders in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
