Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate recruitment for weekend shift positions
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinate job placements and onboarding for weekend staff
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems
- Provide exceptional client and candidate support during weekend hours
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless operations
- Source qualified candidates through job boards and referrals
- Analyze weekend staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in healthcare/hospitality staffing preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
