Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions using ATS platforms
- Manage client communications to ensure seamless weekend coverage
- Conduct onboarding for temporary weekend staff
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Resolve urgent staffing issues during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with full-time team to optimize weekly staffing plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Basic knowledge of labor regulations
