Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shifts in logistics, warehousing, and customer service roles.
- Schedule and coordinate temporary employees for client sites on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide quality assurance.
- Conduct orientation and training for new hires before their weekend shifts begin.
- Handle payroll processing and timekeeping for weekend staff accurately.
- Resolve candidate and client issues quickly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
