Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates to match them with open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and placement targets.
- Negotiate contracts and compensation packages with both clients and candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and social media platforms to expand your talent network.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote open positions and attract top talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (account management experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
