Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various industries including Healthcare, Engineering, and Administration.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct effective interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidate fit for client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and culture.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms to close placements successfully.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or Greenhouse.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
