Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume candidate screenings and interviews on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Sourced and screened potential candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinated and scheduled interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managed applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintained accurate candidate data.
- Assisted in the onboarding process for weekend-shift placements.
- Collaborated with account managers to understand client hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
