Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume resume screening and candidate sourcing for weekend positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for potential hires on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new weekend staff members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Austin businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
