Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and develop tailored staffing solutions.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately entered and maintained in our ATS system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on results.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client visits).
