Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions across Mesa's healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for night shift assignments, including onboarding and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand overnight staffing needs
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments for candidates seeking flexible night shift opportunities
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and optimize recruitment workflows
- Provide 24/7 support to both candidates and clients during night shift transitions
- Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive compensation packages for night shift roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proven success placing candidates in night shift or flexible-hour positions
- Strong knowledge of Arizona labor laws and overnight employment regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work independently overnight
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for after-hours meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
