Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Perform background checks and drug screening to ensure client compliance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage candidate relationships from application to placement and beyond.
- Update and maintain candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Proven ability to work in a commission-driven, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
