Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment: from screening and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent delivery for our clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, culture fit, and specific role needs.
- Negotiate compensation packages and close candidates in a competitive market.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, executive search, or staffing agency environments.
- Proven ability to source and place candidates in Software Development, IT, or Engineering roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales and placement targets.
