Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with precision and speed.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new temporary placements.
- Build rapport with local businesses to identify and fulfill their staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional client and candidate support via phone and email.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
