Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift staffing assignments across 15+ client sites
- Coordinate urgent temporary placements within 2-hour response windows
- Manage onboarding documentation and compliance verification for night staff
- Monitor real-time staffing metrics and adjust schedules proactively
- Act as primary overnight liaison for client emergencies and escalations
- Conduct shift handovers with day team staff using digital tracking systems
- Implement quality assurance protocols for night shift performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or overnight operations experience
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during 10PM-6AM shifts
- Certified in OSHA safety protocols preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desirable
- Experience with healthcare or warehouse staffing preferred
