Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Omaha's job market and key industries
