Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for weekend shift positions across Fort Worth's thriving industries
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in healthcare, logistics, and hospitality roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with weekend shift candidates and client partners
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance processes for weekend staff placements
- Track staffing metrics and optimize weekend shift hiring strategies
- Provide exceptional support to candidates during weekend interviews and onboarding
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift focus
- Proven track record placing candidates in Fort Worth's weekend-heavy industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with weekend availability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid Texas staffing/recruiting license
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
