Job Summary
As a Staffing Agency Representative, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our talent pool. You will manage the full cycle of recruitment, ensuring that both employers and job seekers find their perfect match.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential job candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Match qualified applicants with temporary and permanent job openings in El Paso.
