Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for weekend shift positions across hospitality, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system with weekend-specific workflows
- Build relationships with Boston-area employers to understand weekend staffing needs
- Facilitate same-day onboarding for urgent weekend placement requests
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service experience
- Exceptional weekend availability (both Saturday and Sunday required)
- Strong communication skills with Boston's diverse talent pool
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
