Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews for potential candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the weekend intake process, including data entry and background checks.
- Coordinate with local Atlanta businesses to fill immediate weekend staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for future placements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
- Update candidate databases and track placement metrics on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in HR preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Atlanta metro area.
