- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments

- Manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics

Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Miami-Dade employment landscape
