Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions in various industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent using social media and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and culture fit.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure onboarding processes are seamless for new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and manage data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (Monday-Friday off).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
