Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking weekend staffing
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS systems
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Track placement metrics and contribute to weekly reports
- Represent the agency at weekend job fairs and community events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruiting or staffing experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
