Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end weekend staffing operations for tech, healthcare, and finance clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments during weekend shifts
- Coordinate urgent same-day placements with precision and professionalism
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Implement weekend-specific recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience working weekends or flexible schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
