Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for weekend shifts.
- Manage and maintain the applicant database to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Collaborate with client managers to understand their specific weekend operational needs.
- Onboard new weekend staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve staffing issues efficiently.
- Build a strong talent pipeline within the Long Beach area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or administrative support is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS software.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
