Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle during evening hours.
- Schedule and coordinate temporary staff for night shifts at client sites.
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure perfect role matches.
- Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and availability.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Resolve staffing emergencies and on-call issues during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (2+ years preferred).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
