Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and persuasive recruiter to manage the intake, screening, and placement of candidates for our evening and night shifts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a significant impact on the workforce of Columbus, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct High-Volume Screening: Evaluate and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of night-shift roles.
- Manage the Full-Cycle Process: Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for 24/7 operational positions.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with client supervisors to understand staffing needs and adjust strategies for night-shift availability.
- Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are acclimated to the unique culture of night-shift operations.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure all labor laws and safety regulations are met.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on local labor market trends to advise candidates on competitive rates and shift availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (afternoons/early evenings).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
