Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates during overnight hours for urgent staffing needs
- Coordinate with clients across Las Vegas to fill last-minute shift vacancies
- Manage candidate databases and update recruitment systems in real-time
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork for night-shift placements
- Conduct background checks and verifications during overnight hours
- Build relationships with 24/7 facility managers and department heads
- Monitor staffing KPIs and report operational metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of Nevada labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for high-pressure overnight interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced healthcare/hospitality environments
- Spanish fluency highly preferred for diverse Las Vegas workforce
