Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for weekend shift positions via job boards and referrals
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with weekend job seekers
- Manage staffing schedules for weekend events and seasonal businesses
- Build relationships with New Orleans-area employers needing weekend coverage
- Onboard new talent and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional service to both candidates and client businesses
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of New Orleans' business landscape preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability including Saturday/Sunday shifts
