Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and competitive positioning
- Maintain ATS compliance and candidate experience standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with emphasis in IT/software roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Entelo)
- Strong understanding of Jacksonville's tech ecosystem and talent market
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
