Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including scheduling orientation and gathering necessary paperwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with local candidates and industry partners to expand our talent pool.
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand hiring requirements and fill open positions quickly.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer letter and negotiation process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a significant plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Jobvite, Lever) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
