Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and customer service
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Miami-based employers requiring overnight staffing solutions
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours to accommodate candidate schedules
- Manage candidate onboarding and placement documentation while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze market trends to develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill night shift roles
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and placement metrics
- Collaborate with branch team to optimize staffing solutions for 24/7 operational needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift or non-traditional hours
- Proven track record of placing candidates in logistics, healthcare, or industrial settings
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport during unconventional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation for evening client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable for Miami market
