Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers and employers
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Valid Nebraska driver's license (client site visits required)
