As a key member of our weekend operations, you will handle candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and administrative duties. We value hard work, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and video screenings for potential candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates during weekend hours.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified talent for immediate and future weekend openings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and feedback.
- Process payroll documents and time sheets for temporary staff.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
