Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates that match client requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers using modern scheduling tools.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand staffing needs and provide updates on candidate placements.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for temporary staff to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or administrative support is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS software.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
