Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates for specialized roles in healthcare, logistics, and technology.
- Talent Assessment: Conduct rigorous phone screens and video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand critical hiring needs and build long-term recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure timely follow-ups and placements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to stay ahead of compensation benchmarks and industry shifts.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview process and assist in onboarding them into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or similar).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM/ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly placement goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
