Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Conduct active sourcing and screening of candidates to meet client staffing requirements.
- Daily Pay Management: Facilitate the daily pay request process, ensuring candidates receive their earnings on the same day they work.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local Philadelphia businesses to ensure repeat business.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both clients and candidates to ensure a perfect match.
- Onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process, including background checks, drug screens, and orientation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor job market trends in the PA region to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to federal and state labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a strong plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or sales is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and empathy.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and professional integrity in a fast-paced environment.
