Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles, including Software Engineering, IT, and Data Science.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and technical interviews during night hours to maintain a seamless flow.
- Manage and nurture candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure no talent is overlooked.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise job requirements and success metrics.
- Build a robust network of passive candidates through advanced sourcing channels.
- Ensure strict compliance with all employment laws and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
- Experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter is a significant plus.
